1. Description
G400B-165 is a kind of laser chuck which is mainly made for laser
cutting machine. And chuck itself can be used as an independent
spindle and the chuck can clamp the work-piece and rotate at the
same time.
There’s two independent cylinders, one-way valve and check valve
and it also has long-term pressure holding function( over 8 hours)
inside. The quick clamping and loosening actions can be achieved
through the side rotation of air inlet, and disconnect the air
source to start the work.
This kind of chuck has smooth rotation, high accuracy and low
noise. Moreover, it has light weight and small inertia, the cutting
efficiency can be greatly improved and it also saves energy. And
the structure of the chuck is stable and it can bear large radial
force, axial force and overturning force.
This chuck is a four-claw and dual-power automatic chuck. The
series of chucks can install the dust extraction device on the back
to keep the using environment clean and sanitary and they are
recommended for installation in the pipe cutter.
